Through your expertise, you ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time.Leading the team of Fashion Stockists, you are responsible for steering all aspects of stock management, from orders and deliveries to inventory.WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANELClient Experience & Brand Performance: You ensure that clients can seamlessly view and discover CHANEL creations without delay, thanks to efficient stock organization and accessibility.Operational Excellence: You optimize stock processes and resources, supporting the financial health and smooth operations of the Boutique.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Empowering the Stock Team & Elevating the Client JourneyAccompany the team in carrying out daily stock activitiesLead, coordinate, and develop the Fashion Stockist team, promoting collaboration and effective information sharing.Ensure the team fully understands and implements CHANEL’s strategy, internal procedures, and operational standards.Onboard and train new team members; provide ongoing support and regular feedback to drive team performance.Organize and animate team briefings, fostering team spirit and partnership with Sales teams and other Boutique métiers.Plan and allocate team resources, making recommendations to the Boutique Operations Manager for continuous optimization.Champion CHANEL Vital Behaviours and encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with all Boutique teams to deliver an elevated and cohesive client experience.Driving Operational Excellence & Financial HealthOversee all stock operations, including the receipt and control of deliveries, management of customer reservations, handling of obsolete items, invoice and packaging follow-up, relabeling, and markdown organization.Manage communication processes for incoming deliveries and ensure all stakeholders are informed.Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including rotating and annual inventories, as well as remote stock inventory, in line with CHANEL procedures.Provide regular stock analysis and insights to inform sales team and propose stock optimizationIdentify and propose process improvements to Boutique management to optimize supply systems and logisticsYOU ARE ENERGISED BY:The rich heritage and legacy of CHANEL.Delivering service excellence and supporting a luxury client experience.Building strong, collaborative partnerships within a team-focused environment.Navigating complexity and driving solutions in dynamic settings.Creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.An appreciation for art, beauty, and luxury.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to create a collaborative and high-performing environment.Passion for operational excellence and client service in a luxury retail setting.Outstanding organizational skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility.Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for professional growth.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or logistics, ideally within a luxury environment.Deep understanding of stock management processes and procedures.Strong team spirit and communication skills.High level of integrity and ethical standards.Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is an asset
