Your responsibilities include:\nProviding attentive, personalised and professional room service to our guests\nTaking orders accurately and coordinating efficiently with the kitchen team\nServing food and beverages in guest rooms, including table-side preparation when required\nPresenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections\nPreparing service mise en place and ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed to the highest standard\nMaintaining service equipment and ensuring its proper handling, cleanliness and functionality\nEnsuring full compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards throughout all service operations\nThis is you\nA completed education in hospitality, hotel management or gastronomy\nSeveral years of experience in a premium service environment, ideally within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach\nA professional, discreet and well-groomed appearance\nThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment\nSound knowledge of food service, wine and beverage pairing, and table-side presentation techniques\nThe ability to remain composed and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment\nFluency in German, English and Italian; additional languages are considered an advantage\nFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays\nBenefits\nAt Kulm Group, our employees are the heart of our success.
