Une opportunité enrichissante dans un environnement dynamique.\nTâches\n\nSoutenir les activités de comptabilité générale et de tenue de livres.\nGérer le cycle des comptes clients et la facturation.\nAssister à la préparation des données financières pour la clôture annuelle.\n\nCompétences\n\nDiplôme en économie ou domaine similaire requis.\nConnaissance des principes comptables suisses et outils modernes.\nOrganisé, proactif et à l'aise avec les partenaires externes.\n\n  Main Responsibilities  Support general accounting and bookkeeping activities Manage the accounts receivable cycle (invoicing, customer accounts, VAT rates) Coordinate with external providers for accounts payable and treasury activities Assist with VAT settlements, VAT returns, and tax‑related documentation Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors Help prepare financial data for year‑end closing (final statements handled by external Swiss accountants) Work daily with the ERP system to ensure accuracy of financial dataIssue customer invoices Assist with trade/export documentation (certifications, EUR1 forms) when required Prepare reports and documentation related to insurance matters  Title of Study / Required Technical Skills  Degree in economics or similar fieldHard Skills  Knowledge of Swiss accounting principles Familiarity with modern administrative practices, procedures, and equipment Familiarity with fiscal and budgetary practices, purchasing, and office management Mandatory knowledge of English and German SAP experience is a plus  Soft Skills  Detail‑oriented and well organized Fast learner with a systems‑oriented mindset Proactive and reliable Comfortable working with external partners and advisors",
