Our clients enjoy an exclusive service that includes a butler/chef, concierge, limousine and daily housekeeping seven days a week.\nWe are looking for an experienced transportation professional to lead our chauffeur team while continuing to deliver exceptional service as a chauffeur. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on client service and is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient processes, developing people and ensuring an outstanding luxury client experience.\nReporting to the Atrium’s Managing Director, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of our transportation service, supervise a team of four chauffeurs, continuously improve departmental processes and ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability and professionalism are maintained across every client journey.\nYour Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership\nLead, support and coordinate a team of four chauffeurs.\nAct as the first point of contact for operational questions within the team.\nCoach team members and promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and exceptional client service.\nSupport onboarding and training of new chauffeurs.\nMonitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nTransportation Operations\nCoordinate daily transportation activities together with the Operations team. Coordinating seamlessly with Programme Managers, Medical Teams, and Hospitality to ensure transport aligns with the client's daily schedule.\nDevelop, implement and continuously improve transportation procedures, standards and workflows.\nEnsure efficient route planning and optimal allocation of drivers and vehicles.\nMaintain operational documentation, SOPs and quality standards.\nMonitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules and fleet readiness.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, client satisfaction and departmental performance.\nClient Service\nPersonally transport clients in a safe, discreet and professional manner.\nWelcome clients with the highest level of hospitality and attention to detail.\nAssist with luggage and personal belongings.\nSelect optimal routes while adapting to traffic conditions and client preferences.\nPerform collections, deliveries and errands when required.\nEnsure vehicles remain immaculate and presentation standards are consistently maintained.\nMaintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with clients and sensitive information.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nEnsure full compliance with Swiss road regulations and company policies.\nSupport other operational activities as required.\nBe available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis.\nYou are/have\nSwiss professional passenger transport licence (BPT 121).\nMinimum five years' experience as a professional chauffeur within luxury hospitality, executive transport or private client services.\nPrevious experience coordinating or leading small operational teams.\nDemonstrated ability to develop processes and improve operational efficiency.\nExcellent knowledge of the Zurich region and surrounding areas.\nOutstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.\nCommitment to delivering a bespoke, client-centred transportation service that reflects the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism.\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills.\nFluent German and English; additional languages are highly desirable.\nExcellent personal presentation.\nFlexible, reliable and resilient.\nEligible to work in Switzerland.\nWhat we offer\nThe opportunity to join one of Switzerland's leading luxury hospitality providers.\nA collaborative and supportive team environment where excellence and client service are at the heart of everything we do.\nThe opportunity to help shape and further develop our transportation operations.\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities\nContact Information\nIf this position sounds like it was made for you, we look forward to hearing from you.
