Working at the intersection of technology, analytics, and maritime markets, the role will deliver scalable digital platforms and AI-enabled tools that improve broker productivity, strengthen research capabilities, and create differentiated client value.\nKey Responsibilities\n•\nDefine and execute the Group’s digital and AI strategy aligned with business priorities\n•\nBuild and lead a scalable data and analytics capability to support commercial decision-making\n•\nDevelop and deploy digital tools that enhance broker productivity and market insight\n•\nIdentify and implement high-impact AI use cases across analytics, research, and workflows\n•\nDrive the modernization of data platforms and digital infrastructure\n•\nTranslate data into actionable insights and client-facing solutions\n•\nEmbed digital capabilities across the organization and drive adoption\n•\nAct as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams to deliver measurable impact\n•\nPromote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement\nProfile\n•\n8-10+ years in digital, data, product development roles\n•\n5+ years in management/leadership roles\n•\nProven track record of delivering digital transformation programs\n•\nStrong technical foundation with the ability to guide and challenge development teams effectively\n•\nProven ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment\n•\nStrong leadership skills with expertise managing and developing teams across multiple locations\n•\nDemonstrated capability to lead in an international and distributed organizational setup\n•\nComfortable interacting with and reporting to senior leadership and top management\n•\nAbility to communicate clearly, concisely, and with impact to executive stakeholders\n•\nInternational background with strong cross-cultural awareness\n•\nCulturally open-minded, adaptable, and effective in diverse working environments\n•\nPragmatic, results-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities\n•\nAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery\n•\nFluency in English, with good command of French and Chinese; additional languages considered an asset\n\nSaisissez cette opportunite et postulez des aujourd'hui.",
