The company is part of the NORMA Group - a leading global specialist for connection technology in various market segments.\nWe are looking immediately or by arrangement for a\nFinance Manager (m/w/d) 80%\n4 days per week\nResponsibilities:\n•\nResponsible for the operational accounting, reporting and tax compliance as per statutory accounting regulations (Swiss Code of Obligations OR) as well as corporate accounting requirements (IFRS)\n•\nExecution of the monthly closing and reporting processes\n•\nKey contact for the financial auditors and responsible for year-end closing\n•\nEnsuring effectiveness of the financial internal control system\n•\nCollaborate with relevant corporate functions to cope with legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements\n•\nPreparation of ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting\n•\nBe direct manager for one finance assistant\n•\nExecution of forecasting and budgeting processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders on local and corporate level\n•\nTrade working capital management\n•\nResponsible for the preparation, reconciliation and filing of VAT returns\nProfile description:\nBachelor's degree Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification (e.g. Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Fachausweis Treuhand)\n•\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in managing the operational accounting / finance activities\n•\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment\n•\nAdvanced knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and solid experience in IFRS reporting\n•\nFull professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken\nGood to have (not a must):\n•\nExperience with the Proffix ERP-system\n•\nParcours professionnel with consolidation systems (e.g. Tagetik, COGNOS)\nWe look forward to receiving your application.\n\nNe laissez pas passer cette offre -- postulez maintenant.",
