Dans le cadre de Veolia Water Technologies, HPD® Evatherm® est spécialisé dans la conception, la fourniture, l'installation et la mise en service d'installations industrielles dans le secteur de l'évaporation et de la cristallisation.\nVotre rôle :\nNous recherchons une personne motivée et organisée pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que\nSupport Projet et Approvisionnement\n. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour assurer le bon déroulement de nos projets en gérant les achats, la logistique et les tâches administratives.\nResponsabilités principales :\n•\nSaisir les commandes d'achat dans notre système ERP (LATIS, Oracle JD Edwards).\n•\nSuivre et accélérer l'équipement acheté pour garantir une livraison dans les délais.\n•\nFournir un support logistique, y compris l'expédition et le dédouanement.\n•\nMaintenir et mettre à jour la base de données Santé et Sécurité.\n•\nAider aux tâches administratives et comptables générales.\n•\nGérer l'accueil, y compris répondre aux appels et gérer le courrier.\n•\nOrganiser les déplacements (réservations de vols, demandes de visa, etc.).\nVotre profil :\n•\nApprentissage terminé dans un domaine technique ou commercial (exigé).\n•\nUne formation supérieure est un plus mais pas obligatoire.\n•\nExcellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.\n•\nVolonté d'apprendre et de comprendre les processus techniques et commerciaux.\n•\nMaîtrise de l'allemand et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
