Thanks to our solid expertise as well as the competencies within the Interiman Group, we offer tailored solutions in personnel consulting.\nFor our client Roche Diagnostics in Zug, we are looking for a reliable and motivated (m/f/d).\nGlobal CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager\nStart Date: 15.09.2026\nLatest Possible Start Date: 01.10.2026\nPlanned Duration of Employment: 11 months\nExtension (for temporary contracts): with approved budget, project extension (possible but not guaranteed)\nRole & Responsibilities\nCMO Site Management: Organize and oversee clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly production outsourced to a global network of CMOs.\nProject & Delivery Oversight: Proactively manage CMO project onboarding, communications, timelines, and delivery performance for outsourced clinical packaging orders to meet supply chain needs while adhering to cost and quality standards.\nProcurement & Contracting: Partner with Procurement and key stakeholders to drive Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), negotiate supply agreements, and select vendors.\nStrategy & Budgeting: Support leadership in defining supply strategies for non-standard supply chains. Own the budgeting process and submission for CMO project variable costs.\nProcess Ownership & Governance: Establish team scope and division of responsibilities with upstream functions (e.g., device CMO team). Define, track, and report CMO team KPIs.\nS&OP Representation: Actively drive network supply outcomes and represent the CMO function in the CD&OP process.\nManaging operational orders, and master data in SAP\nCandidate Profile\nDegree: BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical, business, or supply chain discipline. Master's degree is a plus\nWork Experience: 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supply chain management, or manufacturing\nDomain Knowledge: Strong preference for experience in clinical drug manufacturing, clinical supply chain, or contract manufacturing management\nGMP Experience: Required\nIT / Tool Skills: Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems\nLanguage Skills: Excellent written and spoken English (required); basic German skills are beneficial\nShift Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to global working hours (e.g., starting as early as 7:00 AM for SSF teams or working until 6:00 PM for Switzerland-based teams)\nSolid understanding of pharma supply chains, contract manufacturing, and clinical operations.\nProven project planning, project management, and resource management skills.\nHave we sparked your interest and would you like to take your chance?
