We offer an innovative, collaborative and thriving environment.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and recipes\nDeliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests, students, staff, and visitors\nEnsure the bar and terrace are properly set up, clean, organized, and well-presented throughout operations\nSupport the planning and execution of special events, receptions, and tasting sessions\nAssist restaurant operations when required to ensure seamless guest service\nManage beverage and supply stock levels, report shortages or breakages, and contribute to inventory control activities\nReceive, check, and store deliveries in line with established procedures\nSupport practical classes and training activities by assisting students and demonstrating professional hospitality standards\nMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient learning and working environment for students and colleagues\nComply with all hygiene, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations, and report any equipment maintenance issues\nProfile and experiences:\nDiploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field\nBartending certification or equivalent professional training\nMinimum 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment\nExperience preparing cocktails, mocktails, coffees, and beverage service\nPrevious experience in hospitality education or training environments is an advantage\nStrong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service standards\nGood understanding of spirits, wines, beers, soft beverages, and coffee service\nFluent in English (orally and in written) and good command of French\nFlexibility to work evenings, special events, and operational requirements\nOther information:\nLocation: GIHE Sàrl, Route de Glion 111, 1823 Glion\nType of contract: defined period of time contract\nActivity rate: 100%\nStart date: 01.09.2026\nEnd date: 28.02.2027\nRte de Glion 111, 1823 Glion",
