We are seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance for our Swiss headquarters. This hands-on role will help drive global finance strategy, improve processes, and ensure effective controls in collaboration with group and local teams. The position also provides guidance on reporting, controlling, and transfer pricing for subsidiaries, while ensuring timely and consistent statutory filings across all entities.     Job Description  Accounting & Financial Reporting  Own general ledger, accounting, and financial close for the Swiss HQ entities Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Prepare variance analyses and financial commentary Ensure data quality and compliance with group accounting policies.  Statutory Compliance & Audit  Prepare statutory financial statements for the Swiss HQ entity under Swiss GAAP FER Ensure compliance with Swiss legal, accounting, and tax requirements Oversee statutory filings and compliance for local entities, coordinating with local finance teams and external advisors Lead HQ audits and coordinate local entity audit processes Act as primary contact for auditors and advisors at HQ level.  Planning & Performance Support  Support forecasting and financial planning processes for Global Functions (e.g. HR, R&D) Monitor performance against plan and forecast Analyze deviations and support corrective actions.  Governance & Internal Controls  Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance Maintain and enforce finance policies and procedures Identify financial and compliance risks and support mitigation actions Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
