Lead structured sprint planning and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Drive quality and operational excellence, including regression testing, hypercare, documentation, monitoring, and ensuring seamless integration into existing architecture. Identify and implement customer‑centric process improvements, maintaining end‑to‑end IT responsibility and ensuring IT contributes to business goals. Identify and advance AI use cases within the D365 ecosystem, ensuring scalable and secure adoption. Coordinate updates, release cycles, and collaboration with implementation partners, ISV providers, and external development suppliers. Promote knowledge sharing by establishing best‑practice platforms and ensuring effective communication of updates. Measure the value of solution enhancements and track the success of implemented changes. Ensure effective handover of operational tasks to IT collaboration teams and external service providers as needed.
