The medicine of the future is already a reality at Medgate.\nWith flexible working models and reliable duty scheduling, Medgate makes it easy to combine work, leisure and family life.\nInformation Security & Data Privacy Manager\nAbout the role\nMedgate is a leading player in the digital-health market and a medical-device manufacturer: we develop and operate applications — including AI copilots and CE-marked Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) — that handle sensitive patient data under strict Swiss professional-secrecy obligations. We run an integrated management system: an\nISO 27001:2022\ninformation-security management system (ISMS) operating inside an\nISO 13485:2016 / EU MDR\nquality management system.\nCompliance with information-security and data-privacy requirements is a supporting pillar of our business. In this role you support the Compliance Officer in operating and maintaining both management systems, running their day-to-day operational activities and growing your contribution over time. You will work in a modern, AI-augmented environment: Claude (Anthropic) is available as an AI assistant to support research, drafting, and document generation across compliance and privacy workflows.\nYour tasks\nYou support the Compliance Officer in the planning and execution of projects and operational activities across the following areas:\nInformation Security Management System (ISMS)\n— operate and maintain the ISO 27001:2022 ISMS: keep policies and documentation current, run the security-exception register, document security incidents and track their remediation, and monitor vulnerabilities and threat sources to produce the periodic cyber report — in coordination with IT Security & Operations.\nSupplier & cloud security assessments\n— prepare and maintain security assessments for new and existing suppliers and cloud services, on a new-engagement and yearly-review cycle.\nData privacy\n— support the data-privacy management system under Swiss nDSG/FADP and EU GDPR: keep privacy documentation current, document and assess data-breach incidents, and support the handling of data-subject requests, in liaison with the (externally mandated) Data Protection Officer.\nDocumentation, risk & improvement\n— support internal IT and the business in generating and maintaining security and privacy documentation, risk management, monitoring and measurements, corrective actions and improvement measures — within the ISO 13485 / EU MDR quality management system.\nTraining & awareness\n— administer information-security and data-privacy training in the existing tools, support the yearly training plan, and grow into designing and delivering trainings over time.\nAudits\n— organise and support internal and external audit activities, including ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits and medical-device (Notified Body) audits; grow your content contribution over time.\nCoordination & reporting\n— coordinate internal departments, intra-group stakeholders and external providers on the treatment of compliance issues; track and report the status of project and operational compliance activities to internal stakeholders (optionally including the Medgate Group and the Otto Group).\nCorporate projects\n— support corporate project activities; analyse problems and propose actions to remediate gaps.\nYour profile\nAdvanced university or university of applied sciences degree in an engineering, scientific, or related discipline.\nFluent in German and English, both written and spoken.\nProfessional experience in a regulated industry (e.g. medical devices, healthcare, or financial services) combined with strong organisational skills.\nSolid understanding of management systems, organisational structures, processes, regulatory requirements, and standards, particularly ISO 27001, the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG/nDSG), and GDPR. An ISO 27001 Foundation and/or Internal Auditor certification is an advantage or can be obtained on the job. Knowledge of ISO 13485, EU MDR, the EU AI Act, and professional confidentiality obligations is an advantage, or a willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly.\n",

Une équipe de 300 personnes motivé·es – dont plus de 150 médecins employé·es à titre permanent – participent activement à la conception de la médecine de demain chez Medgate Suisse, à l’aide de solutions de santé numériques orientées vers l’avenir.\nChez Medgate, les personnes traitant des patientes et patients à distance suivent au départ une formation intensive en télémédecine. Les lignes directrices médicales développées pour les besoins de la télémédecine et continuellement améliorées au fil des ans sont axées sur la pratique et conçues pour le traitement à distance. Le système de gestion de la patientèle assiste les médecins dans leur traitement, notamment grâce à l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle. Ainsi, les médecins ont moins de travail administratif et peuvent se concentrer de manière plus ciblée sur les soins aux patientes et les patients. La médecine du futur est déjà une réalité chez Medgate.\nAvec des modèles de travail flexibles et une planification fiable des gardes, il est possible de combiner de manière optimale travail, temps libre et famille chez Medgate.\nMédecin - poste en télétravail, horaires fiables (m/f/d)\nCe que nous pouvons t'offrir\nTu traites les patientes et les patients de manière autonome en tant que télémédecin dans le cadre du service ouvert 24h/24 et 7j/7 de Medgate Suisse. Pour ce faire, tu communiques avec les patients dans la plupart des cas par téléphone ou par chat, dans de rares cas aussi par appel vidéo.\nNos directives télémédicales te soutiennent dans la thérapie finale ou le triage - nous traitons 50 % de toutes les demandes médicales de manière finale.\nUn taux d'activité adapté à ta phase de vie actuelle, entre 50 et 100 %.\nUne semaine de travail limitée à 42 heures (pour un taux d'occupation de 100 %), que tu peux organiser en fonction de tes souhaits de travail et de congé.\nChez nous, il n'y a pas d'heures supplémentaires.
