This person will be responsible for managing complex and bespoke credit transactions throughout their lifecycle, working in close collaboration with the Front Office. The position focuses on highly leveraged Lombard loan and derivatives operations. A solid expertise in these fields is required.\nSenior Credit Officer FR / ENG 100% (m / f)\nOur client is a well-established international private bank in Switzerland and other international financial places.\nDescription\n• Managing the credit underwriting process in close coordination with the Front Office;\n• Structuring and presenting credit limits for approval by the relevant authorities;\n• Performing ongoing monitoring of Loan-to-Value (LTV) and margin requirements for derivative operations;\n• Managing high-risk credit exposures and perform collateral analysis;\n• Performing daily operational credit-related activities, including data maintenance, reconciliations, documentation follow-up, and processing of credit card and bank guarantee requests;\n• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Front Office by providing credit expertise, including credit structuring, exception management, margin call handling, process documentation and knowledge sharing;\n• Collaborating closely with the Credit Committee, Traders, and Asset Management teams;\n• Validating loan drawdowns, cash transfers and securities transfers;\n• Supporting and dynamizing the team through effective collaboration, communication, and a proactive risk culture and improvement of processes;\n• Supporting internal reporting by developing management statistics, KPIs, and interactive dashboards;\n• Reporting to the Management;\n• Participation in the day-to-day in the office.\nProfile\n• At least 5 years of proven experience managing and monitoring complex Lombard lending transactions;\n• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;\n• Solid background with derivatives and complex OTC transactions;\n• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, credit risks and banking services;\n• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills;\n• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nJob Offer\nOur client offers a 100% temporary contract from the 1st December 2026 within an international, dynamic and human-sized working environment.\n\nPostulez des maintenant pour ce poste de Senior Credit Officer FR / ENG 100% (m / f) a CH.",
