Juridique\n•\nSuperviser le département juridique et garantir un support adapté aux différentes lignes de business (private banking, asset management, etc.)\n•\nGérer les litiges complexes et les dossiers sensibles\n•\nValider la documentation contractuelle stratégique\n•\nPiloter les risques juridiques liés aux nouveaux produits et marchés\n•\nCoordonner avec des cabinets externes en Suisse et à l'international\n4.
