"description": "Nextkidney SA est a la recherche d'un(e) ASSISTANT CHAÎNE D’APPROVISIONNEMENT À 60–80 % pour son site de CH.\n\nPour notre département Chaîne d’Approvisionnement, Achats et Logistique, nous recherchons un Assistant Chaîne d’Approvisionnement pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et de la logistique, depuis les commandes d’achat jusqu’à l’expédition, la livraison et la réception.\nAlors que Nextkidney se prépare aux prochaines étapes du développement et de la commercialisation de ses produits, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour garantir que les équipements et matériaux parviennent aux cliniques et autres partenaires à temps pour les activités cliniques à venir.\nLe candidat idéal est pratique, bien organisé et à l’aise pour coordonner les commandes, les expéditions et la documentation opérationnelle dans un environnement international. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre Spécialiste Global des Achats & de la Chaîne d’Approvisionnement et prendrez progressivement en charge les activités opérationnelles de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.\nÉtant donné qu’il s’agit d’un rôle opérationnel soutenant notre équipe locale et les activités logistiques, une présence régulière sur site à Lausanne est requise. Le poste est proposé à 60–80 %, correspondant typiquement à 3–4 jours de travail par semaine.\nASSISTANT CHAÎNE D’APPROVISIONNEMENT À 60–80 %\nResponsabilités clés\n•\nCoordonner la logistique entrante et sortante, y compris les expéditions, la documentation de transport et le suivi des livraisons.\n•\nCoordonner les expéditions d’équipements et de matériaux vers les cliniques et autres partenaires en Suisse et à l’international.\n•\nCréer et gérer les commandes d’achat dans SAGE X3 (ERP) et assurer le suivi des confirmations, dates de livraison, quantités, réceptions et commandes ouvertes.\n•\nMaintenir des informations précises sur les commandes d’achat, les expéditions et les livraisons dans SAGE X3 et les outils de suivi opérationnels.\n•\nSoutenir la réception des marchandises, l’administration des stocks, les mouvements de stock et les activités de réconciliation.\n•\nPréparer et maintenir la documentation opérationnelle et de traçabilité liée aux commandes, expéditions et livraisons.\n•\nSurveiller les commandes et expéditions, identifier les retards ou écarts potentiels et escalader les problèmes lorsque cela est approprié.\n•\nContribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la standardisation des processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et de la logistique.\nProfil\n•\nQualification commerciale, technique ou professionnelle.
