REQUIREMENTS :  Bachelor Degree in the area of management, economics or computer science; French is a prerequisite and good command of English would be considered an advantage; Experience on a sales or management position would be highly valued; Ambition, determination and persistence; Previous experience in a Consulting Company is highly valued; Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in dynamic environments; Excellent ability to identify new business opportunities and to generate interest from potential clients; Proactivity and versatility; Organizational skills.  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:  Be a Pioneer in our new team in Geneva; Find new leads and generate new business; Selection and recruitment of IT / TELECOM engineering profiles; Team management of consultants; oversee individual and team performance and development; Preparation of Weekly reports.
