Wirtschaftsprüfer:in, die wir unterstützen.\nAssociate - Karrierestart im Risk & Regulatory\n100%\nYour Impact\nRegulatorische Audits mit Impact\n: Teil eines high-performing Spezialistenteams und prüfst, was für unsere Kund:innen wirklich zählt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen regulatorische Audits – primär bei Finanzinstituten (insbesondere Banken) – in Bereichen wie Geldwäscherei- und Terrorismusbekämpfung, Suitability, Eigenmittel, Liquidität, operationelle und Cyber-Risiken sowie weiteren Themen des Finanzmarktrechts. Vor Ort bei unseren Kund:innen verschaffst du dir ein klares Bild und legst die Basis für fundierte Entscheidungen.\nEnd-to-End-Prüfungsverantwortung\n: Planung regulatorischer Prüfungen. Führung von Interviews und Prozess-Walkthroughs und beurteilst die interne Dokumentation unserer Kund:innen. Identifizierte Lücken oder Verbesserungspotenziale fasst du in Berichten zusammen und besprichst diese mit dem Management. Von Beginn an bist du vollwertiges Mitglied des Prüfteams und im direkten Austausch mit Entscheidungsträger:innen.\nBeurteilung von Frameworks\n: Beurteilung von Governance-, Risiko- und Compliance-Frameworks im Lichte der aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorgaben, bewertest Kontrolldesign und -wirksamkeit und zeigst konkreten Handlungsbedarf auf.
