Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Baar suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, analytisch starke und umsetzungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als On Premise Marketing Manager. In dieser Rolle stellst du sicher, dass eine klare, integrierte Channel-, Segment- und Key Account-Strategie vorhanden ist und konsequent umgesetzt wird – mit dem Ziel, Markenbekanntheit, Distribution, Sichtbarkeit und Konsum nachhaltig zu steigern.    DEINE AUFGABEN:   Strategie & Channel-Management   In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team (Key Account Management, Field Sales und Distribution), dem Festival- und Eventmanagement sowie relevanten externen Partnern entwickelst du eine integrierte Channel- und Segmentstrategie für den On-Premise-Bereich. Du übersetzt die Unternehmens- und Markenstrategie in wirkungsvolle Trade- und Key Account-Initiativen, steuerst Preis- und Promotionsstrategien sowie Kampagnen und optimierst diese kontinuierlich entlang klar definierter Performance-Kriterien. Durch fundierte Markt-, Konsumenten- und Wettbewerbsanalysen identifizierst du systematisch Wachstumspotenziale und leitest daraus zielgerichtete Strategien und Massnahmen ab, um unsere Marktposition nachhaltig zu stärken und weiter auszubauen.      Trade Marketing & Aktivierungen   Du verantwortest die strategische Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Trade Marketing-Aktivitäten entlang aller relevanten Touchpoints – von der Konzeption bis zur Erfolgsmessung. Dazu entwickelst du kanal- und segmentspezifische POS-Aktivierungen und Promotionsmechaniken mit klarem Fokus auf Wirkung, Effizienz und nachhaltiges Wachstum. Für unsere Key Accounts in den Segmenten LSR, Catering und Recreation leitest du daraus kundenindividuelle Handels- und Aktivierungsprogramme ab. Du konzipierst massgeschneiderte Promotions- und Aktivierungskonzepte und stellst sicher, dass Distribution, Konsum und Markenpräsenz von Red Bull am Point of Sale konsequent maximiert werden. Durch Monitoring und Performance-Analysen optimierst du Massnahmen laufend und stellst eine messbare Wirkung entlang der gesamten Customer Journey sicher.   Zusammenarbeit, Coaching & On Premise Kultur   Du arbeitest eng mit den Key Account Managern sowie der Field Sales Force zusammen, coachst diese in Bezug auf POS-Aktivierungen, Promotionsmechaniken und deren operative Umsetzung und stellst einen effizienten Informationsfluss zwischen allen internen und externen Stakeholdern sicher. Du begleitest Feldaktivitäten, nimmst an nationalen Meetings teil, erstellst Reports (z.B. On Premise Monthly Report) und pflegst eine Datenbank mit Best Practices zur Visibilität von Umsetzungen. Gleichzeitig lebest du die Red Bull On Premise Kultur und agierst als aktiver Botschafter der Marke – intern wie extern.
