Tes tâches\nSupport RH et administration\n•\nTu accompagnes les collaborateurs et les cadres tout au long du cycle de vie des employés et es une personne de contact fiable pour leurs questions RH. •\nTu soutiens l'administration du personnel, y compris les contrats, les certificats de travail, les mutations et les dossiers du personnel. •\nTu es responsable de la planification du personnel et aides au recrutement ainsi qu'à la gestion du temps de travail et des absences des collaborateurs. •\nTu participes aux entretiens employés, formations, apprentissages professionnels et projets RH internes. •\nPour les questions juridiques complexes en droit du travail, tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec le directeur RH. Paie et assurances sociales\n•\nTu effectues la paie mensuelle et soutiens les travaux de clôture mensuelle et annuelle. •\nTu traites l'impôt à la source, les certificats de salaire et autres déclarations et décomptes liés aux salaires. •\nTu t'occupes des assurances sociales, des allocations familiales ainsi que des déclarations de maladie et d'accident. •\nTu échanges avec les assurances, les autorités et notre courtier en assurances et collabores avec le responsable de la paie si nécessaire. Systèmes et processus\n•\nTu tiens soigneusement à jour nos données RH et assures une gestion confidentielle des données personnelles. •\nTu soutiens la gestion d'Abacus-ERP et MyAbacus ainsi que le développement de nos processus RH. •\nTu proposes des idées pour simplifier, digitaliser les processus et améliorer la collaboration au sein des RH. Ton profil\n•\nUne personnalité ouverte, motivée, orientée service, qui aime travailler en équipe et trouver des solutions pragmatiques. •\nUne formation commerciale de base et une formation complémentaire en RH ou une qualification équivalente. •\nUne expérience pratique dans les opérations RH et le traitement des salaires suisses. •\nDe bonnes connaissances du droit du travail suisse et des assurances sociales ; l'expérience avec l'impôt à la source est importante. •\nUne maîtrise sûre de Microsoft 365 et des systèmes RH. Des connaissances d'Abacus sont un avantage. •\nUne maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit. •\nUne manière de travailler structurée, autonome et fiable ainsi que de la discrétion. •\nUne expérience dans la formation professionnelle ou un cours de formateur professionnel est un plus.
