Unser schnell wachsendes Unternehmen mit Büros im Zentrum von Zug sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine selbständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit für die Position als  HR-Administrator Hospitality  Deine Aufgaben:     Sicherstellung und Einhaltung vom Schweizer Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht unter Berücksichtigung der firmeninternen Vorgaben  Verantwortlich für monatliche Lohnläufe verschiedener Personalgruppen  Mitwirkung bei der Registrierung bei AHV, FAK und ALV des Schiffspersonals  Mitwirkung bei der Personaladministration bei Krankheit und/oder Unfall  Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern  Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Unterlagen für Visa, A1 Bescheinigungen und ähnlichen Dokumenten  Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiter Anfragen  Personaladministration für das zugewiesene Schiffspersonal  Sicherstellung von Leitlinien, Informationen und Templates  Gegenseitige Stellvertretung von Teamkollegen bei Ferienabwesenheit  Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten  Diverse ad hoc Tätigkeiten    Du bringst mit:    Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im Personalwesen  Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Rolle, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld  Sehr gute Payroll Kenntnisse  Sehr gute Kenntnisse im schweizerischen Sozialversicherungssystem und Arbeitsrecht  Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)  Kenntnisse in Abacus von Vorteil  Schnelle Auffassungsgabe  Affinität zu Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung  Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit  Offenheit für neue Konzepte und Projekte   Wir bieten dir eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem aufgestellten Team. We are looking for a new member to join our dedicated in-house team, which handles our contractual matters. We are seeking a Responsibilities   Research and identify suitable suppliers for excursions and hotel stays. Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms. Conduct annual rebuying and reconfirmation processes. Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to align offerings with guest expectations. Maintain accurate contract and pricing records. Conduct site visits and supplier meetings as needed. Monitor supplier performance and address issues proactively. Responsible for ongoing Scenic Contract Management System   Experience and Qualifications   Demonstrated experience in contracting, tourism, DMCs, or procurement.
