Mit 17 Standorten weltweit ist das Unternehmen in Mainz ansässig, an der Frankfurter Börse gelistet und engagiert sich für nachhaltige Entwicklung.\nIhre Aufgaben\n•\nSie übernehmen die personelle und fachliche Führung eines Produktionsbereichs 3s (Waschen, Silikonisieren, Konfektionieren von Glasspritzen unter Reinraumbedingungen) mit rund 85 Mitarbeitenden - inklusive TeamleiterInnen sowie temporären Mitarbeitenden - im 4‑Schichtbetrieb. Unterstützt werden Sie dabei von einem engagierten Team bestehend aus fachlichen TeamleiterInnen, ProduktionsspezialistInnen, InprozessprüferInnen, einer Produktionsassistenz sowie einem Trainer.\n•\nSie stellen eine termin- und sachgemässe Produktion sicher, unter Einhaltung aller Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Kundenanforderungen.
