This allows us to leverage the vast expertise within RES to create an even more powerful 3DX™ Blade Platform designed to meet the needs of our customers.\nFor our Software Development team in Oetwil am See (canton Zurich), we are looking for a motivated\nSenior Software Developer\nIn this function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our 3DX™ Blade Platform, which combines autonomous drone flight with AI-powered image analysis. You will work on the software that makes our machines move on their own – from our Android-based drone control stack to the rover that inspects blades from the inside – and take features from first idea to customer release. We value a hands-on approach, a “get things done” mindset, creativity and the ability to solve complex problems. As a Senior Software Developer, you interact with different internal stakeholders to design, build and ship high-quality, production-ready software.\nKey Responsibilities\n•\nDesign, build and maintain production software for our inspection drones and rovers\n•\nDevelop AI-powered features such as data analytics, LLM-based assistants and chatbots\n•\nOwn features end to end, from concept to customer release\n•\nTake part in architecture and design decisions\n•\nWork closely with field teams and act on their feedback\nAbout You\n•\nSoftware developer with 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software\n•\nStrong in C#/.NET, plus Kotlin or Python\n•\nPractical experience with AI: LLMs, data science or chatbots\n•\nYou take ownership, make decisions and see problems through to the customer\n•\nPragmatic and hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities\n•\nComputer vision, robotics or hardware-related experience is a plus\n•\nFluent English; German a plus\nWhat we offer\nOn paper, we are Software Developers, Electronic Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Sales experts.
