Vous accompagnez les entreprises dans leurs enjeux de payrolling, d’externalisation RH et de gestion administrative des collaborateurs.\nVéritable acteur du développement commercial, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des décideurs RH, Finance, Procurement et Direction.\nMissions principales\nDéveloppement commercial\n•\nIdentifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur Genève et en Suisse romande.\n•\nProspecter et développer un réseau de décideurs B2B.\n•\nComprendre les besoins des prospects et proposer des solutions de payrolling adaptées.\n•\nPiloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la négociation et à la signature.\n•\nDévelopper des relations commerciales durables avec les clients.\nGestion et développement du portefeuille\n•\nÊtre l’interlocuteur commercial privilégié des clients existants.\n•\nAssurer leur fidélisation et leur satisfaction.\n•\nIdentifier les opportunités d’\nupselling et de cross-selling\n.\n•\nDévelopper le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité des comptes.\n•\nAnticiper les besoins futurs et accompagner les clients dans l’évolution de leurs projets.\n•\nCoordonner les situations sensibles avec les équipes internes\nReporting et suivi commercial\n•\nSuivre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de marge.\n•\nGérer un pipeline commercial qualifié et assurer un reporting régulier.\n•\nSuivre les KPI de performance, d’acquisition, de fidélisation et de développement des comptes.\n•\nMaintenir une utilisation rigoureuse du CRM.\nProfil recherché\n•\n5 à 10 ans d’expérience en Business B2B et B2C\n, idéalement dans le payrolling, staffing, recrutement, services RH ou outsourcing.\n•\nExpérience confirmée en\nacquisition de nouveaux clients et développement de comptes existants\n.\n•\nBonne connaissance du marché genevois et/ou de la Suisse romande.\n•\nSolides compétences en négociation, prospection et gestion de la relation client.\n•\nForte orientation résultats, chiffre d’affaires et marge.\n•\nAutonomie, organisation, esprit entrepreneurial et excellent relationnel.\n•\nCapacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel.\nLangues\n•\nFrançais : courant\n•\nAnglais : professionnel courant\n, indispensable.\n•\nAllemand : un atout.\nNous recherchons une personne capable de\ncombiner chasse et développement de portefeuille\n: ouvrir de nouveaux comptes tout en construisant des relations durables et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités chez les clients existants.\nVous êtes autonome, orienté(e) business et à l’aise avec les décideurs.
