contribute to predictive/anomaly detection models under supervision.\n•\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using OIG approved tools; ensure visualizations follow standards and are accessible to nontechnical audiences.\n•\nApply quality checks (replicability, version control, peer review) and document analytical methods and assumptions.\nRisk Analysis, Assessment & Reporting\n•\nContribute analytical inputs to thematic risk briefs, horizon scanning notes, and periodic reporting for governance forums.\n•\nAssist in compiling data and performing analyses that inform the annual risk assessment and workplan updates.\n•\nTrack and summarize indicators, trends, and emerging themes relevant to OIG priorities.\nKnowledge Management & Intelligence Sharing\n•\nMaintain structured repositories for intelligence outputs, datasets, and templates; ensure metadata, tagging, and access protocols are up to date.\n•\nProduce concise insight notes, case summaries, and trend synopses to support organizational learning.\n•\nCapture lessons learned and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and style guides accordingly.\nIT & Digital Collaboration\n•\nOperate within established data platforms, visualization tools, and analytics environments; They will provide professional financial services to Country Teams and also technical input in the design and implementation of a robust expenditure reporting structure using a differentiated approach based on risk and investment coverage.\nAt the corporate level and to influence strategic decision making, this role is key to maintaining the integrity of financial solutions through the design of efficient requirements for grant implementers. As part of our mandate to fight the three diseases, the Global Fund plays a leading role in global markets for medicines and technologies that prevent, diagnose, and treat HIV, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Every year, more than half of the Global Fund’s investments is used to procure key health products, ensuring they are available to those who need them most.\nAs one of the biggest health product procurement entities in the public sector, investing nearly US$3 billion in health products and equipment procurement, the Global Fund is uniquely placed to drive equitable access to quality-assured health products, services and innovations through its Supply Operations department.\nSupply Operations, collaborating across the Global Fund Secretariat, is responsible for the Global Fund’s market shaping activities and the overall management of health product sourcing, procurement, quality assurance and supply chains.\nThe Quality Assurance (QA) & Compliance team plays a key function in ensuring safe access and delivery of quality assured health products to the communities and people we serve. Every year, more than half of the Global Fund’s investments is used to procure key health products, ensuring they are available to those who need them most.As one of the biggest health product procurement entities in the public sector, investing nearly US$3 billion in health products and equipment procurement, the Global Fund is uniquely placed to drive equitable access to quality-assured health products, services and innovations through its Supply Operations department.Supply Operations, collaborating across the Global Fund Secretariat, is responsible for the Global Fund’s market shaping activities and the overall management of health product sourcing, procurement, quality assurance and supply chains.The Planning & Procurement Management team leads end-to-end health product planning, and delivery of Principal Recipients’ health product demand through the Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM), across the Global Fund Secretariat to ensure that quality assured health products are procured and delivered to all countries supported by the Global Fund in an efficient and effective manner that will translate to significantly shorter delivery and financial cycle times, as well as supporting the speedier uptake at scale of optimal products.The Planning and Procurement teams also provides a second line functional role on procurement, such as policy advisor, monitoring and oversight, across the Global Fund grant portfolio and play a coordination role related to policy advice, communication and capability building.The team also operationalizes the supply of USD 2 billion health and non-health products through PPM in >80 countries, representing >50% of the total grant spend on health products. In addition to the grant spend, the team is operationalizing a procurement option for non-grant funds which is a key strategic intervention to support countries achieve their co-financing requirements before and during transition away from Global Fund financing.As part of the Planning & Procurement Management function, the Procurement Management Team is responsible for delivering added value and risk mitigating measures at the grant level in the end-to-end management of delivery of demand through the PPM/Wambo, including the user onboarding of Principal Recipients (PR) and other buyers, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with governance requirements, managing exceptions and incidents, and driving standardization and simplification whenever possible. The team is responsible for managing relationships with the PRs of Global Fund grants using the PPM in close coordination with Health Product Managers and Country Teams within the Grant Management Division (GMD), as well as Supply Chain Specialists within the Supply Chain team.Under the supervision of Manager, Demand and Supply Planning and Forecasting, the Specialist, Demand and Supply Planning will, for their assigned region, be responsible for:1. Countries manage these products in line with grant agreement, national policies and legal frameworks governing public finance, health, pharmaceutical, and laboratory services.The Health Product Management (HPM) Specialist is a key member of the Country Team (CT) and reports to the HPM Manager within the regional team of the Grant Management Division. The Specialist is responsible for managing all health product-related investments within their assigned portfolios. This includes demand forecasting, planning, and ensuring that a robust enabling environment exists in countries to support the effective procurement, storage distribution, availability, and appropriate use of health products across all levels of the health care system.The HPM Specialist’s responsibilities span the planning and oversight of all health products and systems strengthening related investments in collaboration with Supply Operations, Finance, TAP, Risk, Legal and PH&ME. This includes product selection, quantification and forecasting, procurement, supply planning, warehousing and distribution (including last mile), rational use, regulation and quality assurance, waste management, information systems, laboratory systems, pandemic preparedness and response, new product introduction, governance and systems strengthening across all these functions.The HPM Specialist plays a central role in the grant lifecycle, contributing technical expertise to the design, implementation, and performance monitoring of grants.
