You will help identify, document and manage legal risks at an early stage and contribute with diligence, discretion and a high level of ownership to our international, dynamic MedTech environment.\nThis role requires afternoon availability 50% of the time to support close collaboration with our US-based team.\nKey Responsibilities\nCorporate Housekeeping\nSupport the preparation and execution of shareholder meetings and board meetings, including invitations, agendas, minutes and resolutions.Maintain corporate housekeeping (articles of association, by-laws, shareholder and share registers, signatory rules) and prepare commercial register filings and amendments.Maintain and update the group structure documentation, group charts and powers of attorney.\nContract Law / Commercial\nDraft, review and adapt standard agreements (NDAs, consultancy agreements, supplier and customer contracts, simple distribution and service agreements) based on internal templates and guidance from the General Counsel.Coordinate the contract workflow: obtain internal approvals, manage signature processes (e.g. via e-signature tools), filing as well as tracking of deadlines, renewals and terminations.Build and maintain a structured contract database, including reporting on active contracts, deadlines and escalation items.\nIP Support (Coordination with External Counsel)\nAct as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external IP law firms (trademarks, patents, designs) – in particular, routing requests, gathering information and following up on open items.Maintain IP overviews (trademark, patent and license portfolio) and monitor deadlines and renewals in coordination with the appointed counsel.Provide administrative support for IP-related agreements (e.g. license, co-development or confidentiality agreements) and gather and prepare the required documentation.\nCompliance, Data Protection & General Legal Administration\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of internal policies and compliance processes (e.g. Code of Conduct, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest).Assist with data protection topics under the Swiss FADP and EU GDPR (e.g. records of processing activities, data processing agreements, data subject requests) in coordination with the General Counsel.Provide general administrative support to the Legal team: organizing meetings, preparing materials, performing research and ensuring structured digital filing in SharePoint/M365.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n•\nCompleted commercial apprenticeship combined with a paralegal qualification (e.g. Paralegal HF/FA, Rechtsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Department: R&DReports To: Head of Laboratory / R&D ManagerLocation: Schlieren Biotech Park, Zurich, SwitzerlandEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-time (100%)  Purpose of Role:  The Formulation Scientist will contribute to the development, optimization, and characterization of innovative oral care and dental products. This role is responsible for designing and executing formulation experiments, evaluating stability and product performance, and supporting the progression of formulations from early development through scale-up. The ideal candidate combines solid scientific knowledge in formulation science with strong hands-on laboratory skills, attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving mindset.  Key Responsibilities:  Design, develop, and optimize formulations for oral care, dental, cosmetic, OTC, and medical device products. Conduct laboratory experiments involving emulsions, suspensions, gels, liquids, powders, and multi-component systems. Assess compatibility of active ingredients with excipients, packaging materials, and processing conditions. Plan and perform stability studies, performance testing, and formulation screening. Support the development of delivery systems for innovative active ingredients. Troubleshoot formulation challenges such as phase separation, viscosity changes, precipitation, sensory issues, and shelf-life limitations. Maintain accurate laboratory records, technical reports, and formulation documentation. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners as required. Support scale-up activities, and manufacturing transfer projects. Work in compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory procedures. Stay informed on new raw materials, formulation technologies, and industry trends. Ensure laboratory compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards where applicable.Stay informed on new raw materials, formulation technologies, and market trends.  Required Qualifications:  PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in formulation development.Experience with personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, or medical device formulations.Strong hands-on laboratory skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.Experience with stability testing and formulation characterization, including rheology, texture, viscosity, or related techniques.Knowledge of nanoparticle, colloidal, or advanced material-based formulations is desirable.Familiarity with scale-up and manufacturing processes is an advantage.Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, ISO, GLP, medical device, or pharmaceutical setting) is an advantage.Structured, detail-oriented, and organized working style.Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
