Daily download of bank statement.

Daily download of posted collection per accounting books.

Daily validation of receipts against actual bank deposit.

Check the accuracy of book posting of validated collections.
*
Document issues observed in day to day daily collection balance validation.
*
Report issues, errors, or irregularities noted on daily collections for proper handling, investigation, or disposition.

Issues log sheet monitoring

Unreceipted collections schedule
*
High volume of manual daily collection balance which may cause delay in validation

Month End Closing Activities
* Computation and booking of Bank Service Fees.
* Booking of Bank Interest Income and withholding tax.
* Clearing of Bank Recon in SAP.
* Perform cash adjustments.

Timely and accurate booking of transactions.

Preparation of schedules/annual statement to be submitted to Insurance Commission, internal and external auditors.
