To support our growing international educational activities, we are looking for a structured, reliable, and motivated person who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping systems organised, and helping projects and communication run smoothly.

To strengthen our team at our global headquarters in Kriens, we are looking for an

Your responsibilities

  • You support the Curaden Academy team in organising, coordinating, and maintaining the administrative backbone of our international education activities.
  • You manage the Curaden Academy mailbox and support the administration of the Academy homepage.
  • You coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • You maintain and update contact lists, CRM data, and internal documentation.
  • You support administrative accounting tasks, including invoices, budget tracking, and payment follow-up.
  • You assist the Academy team with day-to-day coordination and operational support.
  • You upload and maintain lecturers, speakers, universities, partners, and HQ events on internal and external platforms.
  • You support the coordination of internal trainings and education formats, including room preparation and material handling.
  • You collaborate with internal stakeholders and help ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • You help keep Academy processes, systems, and documentation structured, reliable, and up to date.
Your profile
  • You bring experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • You have strong organisational and time management skills.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way.
  • You feel confident working with digital tools, email communication, CRM systems, and documentation platforms.
  • You have a proactive, hands-on, and supportive mindset.
  • You are able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. German is a strong plus.
