AI & Automation Business Partner - all genders (80-100%)

What exactly you will do here:
Partner with business units to identify AI and automation opportunities, translating them into concrete use cases with measurable business value
Analyze, simplify, and optimize end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation potential before enabling them with AI or automation solutions
Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with technical teams to support solution design and implementation
Develop business cases, define KPIs and success criteria, and support prioritization based on business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and guide departments from ideation through implementation
Drive the adoption of AI and automation through coaching, change management initiatives, and the development of a network of AI Champions
What we're looking for:
University degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related discipline
5+ years of experience in process optimization, business transformation, consulting, or a similar environment
Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to systematically identify and implement improvement opportunities
Proven experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and supporting organizational change initiatives
Functional understanding of AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot, and Customer Service/Customer Engagement platforms
Ability to develop business cases and assess the value of improvement and automation opportunities
Analytical, business-oriented, and solution-driven mindset, with a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology
Fluent English skills for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
