YOUR DAY TO DAY
ODDO BHF Corporate Finance Partners is an independent corporate advisory firm. Our Franco-German investment bank, comprising around forty investment bankers, offers a comprehensive range of services to corporates and investors, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Advisory. We primarily support mid-sized companies (ETIs) and family-owned businesses in Switzerland, France, Germany, and Austria, with whom we build long-term partnerships.
Within the ODDO BHF Corporate Finance Partners teams, you will be responsible for executing mandates entrusted by corporate clients, as well as contributing to business development efforts aimed at expanding our activities and client base.
In this context, your main responsibilities will include:
•
Analyzing companies’ situations, considering their market positioning, financial characteristics, and growth prospects, in order to perform valuations using commonly applied methodologies
•
Contributing to the preparation of materials for prospects, clients, or investors related to transactions such as IPOs, private placements, bond issuances, and company acquisitions or disposals
•
Participating in all stages of transactions, from preliminary analyses and mandate acquisition through to the completion of the transaction
•
Gradually developing sector-specific and/or functional expertise, with the objective of gaining a high level of autonomy in transaction execution
YOUR TEAM AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
You will join the Corporate Finance team in Switzerland and will interact frequently with colleagues from Corporate Finance, as well as with professionals from Investment Banking and other business lines within the ODDO BHF Group.

Work closely in teams, both within Corporate Finance and with other business lines of the Group, including Private Banking and Securities (Sales, Research, Sales Trading, Syndication, etc.)

We offer compensation tailored to your profile and skills. REQUIREMENT
•
You hold a degree from a top business school or engineering school, with a specialization in FinanceIdeally, you have a first successful background in M&A, Debt Advisory, ECM, or Capital Markets Engineering
•
You are flexible, autonomous, detail-oriented, and persistent, with strong interpersonal skills
•
You are fluent in German, English, and French, both written and spoken
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
