Nouvelle opportunite : (Assistant) Manager - Digital HR - Technology & AI in HR chez KPMG AG (CH).
Your contribution to KPMG
•
Contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale HR technology and AI-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Microsoft, AI-powered HR platforms), driving digital modernization of HR functions
•
Define HRIT strategy and technology roadmaps, including target-state architecture decisions (on-prem vs. cloud HCM), cloud investment planning, and HR technology business case development
•
Lead and support HR technology vendor evaluation and selection processes, including requirements gathering, RFP development, and solution assessment
•
Support HR stakeholders, key users, and end users in adopting new HR systems and AI tools by preparing enablement materials, gathering user feedback, and translating insights into system and process improvements
•
Assist in planning and facilitating workshops and working sessions with HR leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to define HR technology requirements, user experience needs, and AI use cases
•
Develop and maintain elements of HR technology implementation and rollout plans in collaboration with Project Managers and HR transformation leads
•
Bring a people-centered perspective to HR technology and AI initiatives, ensuring digital HR solutions enhance employee expertise and organizational effectiveness
This is what makes you successful
•
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, information systems, technology, or a related field
•
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR technology, HR IT project delivery, or digital HR transformation within enterprise environments or consulting, with a strong understanding of modern HR systems, data, and AI trends
•
Proven exposure to HR transformation initiatives, including implementation of HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft, ServiceNow) and/or AI-driven HR solutions; experience in M&A integration or HR system consolidation is a plus
•
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and manage expectations across HR, IT, and business teams at multiple seniority levels and in international environments
•
Confident communicator with a clear point of view, able to influence decisions through expertise in HR technology, digital HR processes, and user parcours professionnel design
•
Ability to prioritize and deliver results in fast-paced, multi-project environments with competing deadlines
•
Familiarity with change enablement methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, WalkMe) or HR technology implementation frameworks is an advantage
•
Excellent English and German language skills (written and spoken); French is a plus
