(Assistant) Manager - Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solution Advisory
Your contribution to KPMG

Extend the Microsoft Dynamics ERP team by applying your strong subject matter expert skills as Solution Architect

Expand our relationship with key clients, position KPMG as the go to provider for Microsoft Dynamics services

Play a key role in client engagements primarily related to Microsoft Dynamics and general integration management, program assurance as well as conceptual advice throughout the implementation cycle

Work together with the customer to determine the most suitable architecture, Target Operation Models, process optimisation and roadmaps towards future state

Leverage your strong MS Dynamics expertise and strengthen the international KPMG network in this field

Follow market developments and trends, share them internally as well as with your clients

Promote knowledge sharing and train our junior colleagues on the job
This is what makes you successful

Master's degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering

At least 6 years of hands-on expertise and involvement in multiple Dynamics ERP implementation- or advisory projects as a workstream lead or solution architect

You have excellent consultancy and sales skills to establish credibility at c-level and build long term partnerships

You are a pragmatic leader that enjoys interaction with clients and helping clients come to the best solutions. You have background in dealing with international clients and act as advisor to our clients on their target operating module

Extensive knowledge Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a must(MB-700 certification), combined knowledge with CoPilot, Power Platform and/or CRM is an advantage

A good network in the Swiss market with both clients and Microsoft is considered a strong advantage

Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
