The Assurance Risk & Quality function helps safeguard quality across our Assurance practice by strengthening governance, risk management and quality management processes. Working closely with business process owners, leadership and global stakeholders, the team drives the evolution of our System of Quality Management, supports regulatory readiness, and enables continuous improvement through technology, data-driven monitoring and innovative solutions. By translating quality requirements into practical actions, we contribute to building trust and maintaining high-quality services across the firm.

Your Impact
Become a key Superuser and subject matter expert for the System of Quality Management tool, ServiceNow IRM, developing deep expertise in its functionalities, workflows, dashboards and reporting capabilities.
Support stakeholders in effectively using the platform by providing practical guidance, resolving day-to-day questions and contributing to troubleshooting activities.
Assist in translating quality management requirements into system-based processes, controls, monitoring activities and reporting solutions.
Maintain and continuously enhance tool content, including tagging structures, data quality, dashboards, workflow configurations, access management considerations and supporting documentation.
Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and communication content that foster user adoption and consistent application across stakeholder groups.
Support monitoring and reporting activities by extracting, validating and analysing information from the tool and preparing meaningful summaries for the QMSE team and leadership.
Contribute to the implementation and evolution of Audit Quality Indicator solutions and other technology-enabled quality management initiatives.
Collaborate on ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of the System of Quality Management.
Your Skill Set
Experience in audit, risk management, quality management, governance, internal controls or technology-enabled business processes, combined with an interest in quality management systems.
Strong digital affinity and motivation to become an expert user of ServiceNow IRM or similar workflow and governance platforms.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM, Power BI, Alteryx, reporting tools or workflow solutions is considered an advantage.
Structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to understand complex processes, translate requirements into practical system solutions and monitor implementation progress.
Service-oriented mindset with confidence in supporting stakeholders, preparing user guidance and enabling the adoption of new tools and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn about quality management, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
