You bring</strong> </p> <ul> <li>
Advanced scientific background, including a relevant Masters Science Degree, with 5 years of experience in powder technology, formulation/encapsulation, and material science, with&nbsp;experience leading innovation from concept to scale?up.</li> <li>
Strong stakeholder?management and influencing skills to align global teams, customers, and partners without direct authority.</li> <li>
A strategic, solutions?oriented mindset—able to navigate complexity, prioritize what matters, and deliver impact with speed.</li> <li>
Curiosity and an innovation mindset, constantly seeking better, smarter, more sustainable ways to create differentiation.</li> <li>
