If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career with a firm that values knowledge sharing, client service excellence, and global impact, RSM Switzerland is the place for you.Our Geneva/ Lausanne office is looking for:Audit Manager| Audit | 100 % | Geneva or LausanneYour role:As an Audit Manager, you will manage a portfolio of national and international clients and lead audit engagements. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, managing client relationships, and leading audit teams, while contributing to the continued development of our Audit practice.Your responsibilities:Lead and manage the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRSPlan, coordinate, and supervise audit engagements (risk assessment, budgeting, timelines, quality reviews)Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, and donor auditsAct as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting, and reporting matters, providing pragmatic solutionsManage day-to-day client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the yearSupervise, coach, and develop audit team members across complex mandatesContribute actively to the development and growth of the Audit team at RSM SwitzerlandApply and promote RSM’s methodology, tools, culture, and values, acting as a role modelYour profile:Swiss Licensed Audit Expert6-10 years of experience in external audit, including 1-2 years in a managerial role, with exposure to both local and international clientsStrong knowledge of Swiss CO, IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FERProven ability to independently analyse, document, and challenge complex and high-risk accounting mattersDemonstrated experience managing international client portfolios and leading audit teams across multiple and complex engagementsStrong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate audit teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skillsFluent in French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used business applications; experience with data analytics tools is a plusProactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility in a fast-paced audit environmentWorkplace:Geneva or LausanneStart date:As soon as possible
