We are seeking a technically experienced After-Sales Manager to lead our after-sales operations and support our dealer and workshop network across Switzerland.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, solid technical automotive expertise, and sound commercial acumen. The ideal candidate can effectively balance customer expectations, dealer needs, and business objectives while promoting sustainable growth throughout the network.

Your Responsibilities
Dealer Network Management, build strong relationships, provide support, monitor performance (KPIs, Service Standards), and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability.
Customer Experience, Own the customer journey, resolve complex complaints and warranty issues, and promote high service levels across the region.
Performance and Strategy, achieve regional financial and non-financial targets, implement Aftersales Plans, and identify opportunities for growth.
Technical and Training, Support Technicians, manage high value warranty claims, conduct training, ensure correct tooling, and identify broader product issues.
Operations and Logistics, ensure parts availability, report any dealer parts supply and or logistics issues, manage service campaigns and recalls and oversee regional workshops and stake holders.
Brand Representation, Act as a brand ambassador, ensure consistent standards and representation of the brand within the network, and at internal and external events and in all communications.
What You Bring
Mandatory requirement
: Demonstrable automotive after-sales experience, with in-depth knowledge of Service and Parts operations, Warranty processes, Technical Support, dealer and workshop Training, and Parts Logistics. Candidates with sales-only experience will not be considered.
Strong leadership, people management, and relationship building skills.
Collaborate across all functions, within Aftersales, Sales and all operational areas of the business.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, warranty, technical training and parts operations
Experience supporting technicians, workshops and dealer networks with complex technical cases
The ability to work with internal departments including Diagnostics and Technical Publications, Parts, Warranty, technical Support and Customer Service.
Have an excellent level of communication skills (written and verbal in German and English) and the ability to always present and make yourself understood by your audience.
Be self-motivated, confident and professional – This role, is always representing the MG brand and often the face of the brand from an Aftersales perspective.
