As a Brand Experience Specialist at Nestlé Suisse S.A., your mission is to rejuvenate THOMY and deepen consumer loyalty by delivering integrated brand experiences that strengthen emotional connection and drive sustainable growth. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with marketing, sales, communications, food-service teams, agencies and sponsorship partners. How you’ll make an impact as a Brand Experience Specialist
• Turning consumer, cultural and category insights into compelling brand experiences that grow brand relevance and commercial impact.
• Shaping an omnichannel activation strategy that creates a seamless THOMY experience across the OOH / convenience channel.
• Activating an external network to build high-value local sponsorship partnerships that expand visibility, strengthen brand meaning and unlock sustainable growth.
• Developing and executing brand activations, live marketing events and brand experiences that convert participation into lasting loyalty, engagement and advocacy.
• Delivering integrated amplification plans that connect every activation to brand priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Driving excellent execution through clear collaboration, smart resource allocation and continuous learning from results.
What will make you successful
• Bringing strong expertise in brand marketing, consumer activation, communications, or shopper marketing, while acting as a passionate ambassador for THOMY both internally and externally.
• Applying Out-of-Home market knowledge to deliver integrated omnichannel activations that strengthen brand visibility and drive business results across the region, supported by the flexibility to travel regularly and a valid driver's license.
• Using consumer insights, performance metrics, and budget management expertise to optimize execution, measure effectiveness, and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborating effectively with agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams while leading projects from brief to successful implementation.
• Communicating fluently in Swiss German/German and English.
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed, and continuous learning.
