Business Analyst - Digital Transformation & Process Optimization

What you'll be doing:

Analyzing and documenting existing applications, workflows, and end-to-end business processes.

Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements, with a focus on automation and process optimization.
*
Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
*
Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
*
Collaborating to redesign processes and improve system performance.
*
Producing comprehensive documentation such as specifications, manuals, and release notes.
*
Supporting project delivery by assisting in scope definition, validation, and ensuring business readiness.
*
Facilitating training, knowledge sharing, and managing release processes.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization.
*
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and experience in process optimization.
*
Skills in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*
Analytical mindset with a knack for challenging and improving existing workflows.
*
Experience or interest in automation and digital solutions is a strong advantage.
*
Fluent in English; additional languages like French or Flemish/Dutch are a plus.
*
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
*
Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused with attention to detail.
