Job Description
In this role, you will support and further develop LGT Capital Partners' liquid markets platform, working at the interface of business, technology and operations. You will be part of the Liquid Middle Office team and contribute to the ongoing digitalization of a global alternative asset manager.
Your responsibilities include:

Act as go-to person for the business teams (Front, Middle and Back Office) for a Front to back SimCorp Dimension installation on Azure including Axioma Risk;

Implement configuration change with a focus on ABOR and performance, support incident management;

Lead larger change projects involving external implementation partners;

Support, customize and further develop end-to-end workflows on our liquid markets platform;

Analyze requirements and work with IT to further develop our DWH and business intelligence solution;

Take a proactive role in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to design the digitalization of a successful asset manager.
Requirements

University degree or equivalent in business administration, information systems or a related field; master or postgraduate qualification in banking & finance is an advantage;

A minimum of 5 years hands-on background with SimCorp Dimension, including system configuration and operational support, preferably in ABOR and performance area;

Thorough understanding of financial markets and asset management combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills;

Proven business analysis and project management skills in interdisciplinary IT / business teams;

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive topics independently, prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions in a dynamic environment;

Experience in leveraging new technologies including AI to improve user background and operational efficiency is a plus;

Very good command of German and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders;

A collaborative, resilient and open personality, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
