We are recruiting for our client a temporary business controller, quickly available, for a mission that will last several months.Business ControllerOur client is a leading company in its industry and is based in Geneva.DescriptionYour main responsibilities as business controller will be the following :Participate to the budgeting, forecasting, and long?term planning processesAnalyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insightsPrepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadershipCollaborate closely with operational, commercial, and corporate teams to support strategic and operational decisionsChallenge assumptions and ensure financial rigor across all business initiativesSupport month?end closing activities in coordination with accounting teamsContribute to audit processes and internal control assessmentsDrive continuous improvement of financial and reporting processesEnsure high?quality data, efficient workflows, and reliable reporting toolsLead or participate in projects related to automation and digitalization (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, workflow optimization)Promote standardization and simplification of controlling practices across the organizationProfileThe business controller we are looking for should bring the following background and experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in audit, controlling, or FP&AProven experience in managing financial processes, reporting, and performance analysisSolid analytical and data?driven mindset, with the ability to structure models and interpret financial trendsAutomation and digital competencies appreciatedComfortable working with large datasets and process optimizationAgile, committed, and autonomous with a strong continuous improvement mindsetStrong sense of ownership and reliability in delivering high?quality outputsCapacity to challenge constructively and act as a trusted business partnerExcellent communication skills, able to translate financial insights into actionable recommendationsFluency in English and FrenchJob OfferThe opportunity to join a dynamic organization in a controlling role where you can make a difference on business.
