Does the opportunity to shape how finance data is structured, used, and trusted across a global organization motivate you? As a Business Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing the backbone of a next-generation Global Finance Data Hub, enabling consistent insights, smarter decision-making and driving the overall Finance Transformation.
In this role, you will not only define how finance data comes together but also drive meaningful change by bridging business needs with modern data architecture. You will grow in a forward- thinking environment where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is key, and your work directly contributes to delivering reliable, high-impact outcomes. Working together with diverse stakeholders, you will help create transparency, consistency, and trust in data— turning complexity into clarity and results.
What you will do

Shape and own business-driven data architecture that enables rolling forecast, scenario analysis, machine-led modelling as well as automated financial reporting processes

Act as the key bridge between Finance business owners and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable data structures and solutions

Design and oversee in-bound and out-bound of the global finance data hub

Establish and drive clear min data standards, data model design principles, data definitions with an AI-first mind set

Collaborate with stakeholders at Group and at local level across functions, challenge status- quo and bring a mind set of new way of working with AI embedded in any new process
What you bring

Proven expertise in data architecture, data modeling, or similar roles within Finance and in complex transformation environments

Strong understanding of Finance processes and the underlying data granularity, including how local and group structures differ and interact

Ability to translate financial business reporting requirements into structured data concepts, modelling and flow

Experience working with modern data platforms or cloud-based data environments (e.g., lake-house architecture, snowflake, data bricks, Claude-code or similar)

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align both business and technical stakeholders
