You act as a key contributor to the business development of the assigned companies and/or selected markets with the objective of building strong and scalable B2B businesses.This position offers the opportunity to develop yourselves to the next level in an entrepreneurial and collaborative company’s atmosphere while working on several advanced technologies globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the assigned new markets & technical products and grow salesIdentify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Develop Account plans. Close the deals.Develop, align and execute structured go-to-market plans in close collaboration with management, technical and sales teamsEnsure rigorous commercial execution (projects, pipeline, priorities, forecasts) and follow up on the defined actionsLead customer projects end-to-end, from first contact through to sales, in close collaboration with technical and sales teamsProfileEngineering degree (EPFL or HES) in materials, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other engineering fieldsTrack records in international B2B technical business development/sales with a structured business development approachMulti-market experience, e.g. in industrial applications, powder metallurgy, magnets, semiconductors, high power, electronics, motors design, resistance welding or EDMStructured and execution-driven, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and drive initiatives through to resultsStrong business mindset, able to understand technology and sell it at customers at all levels, before closing the dealsCollaborative with a strong willingness to co-develop as teamFluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plusWilling to travel up to 25% of the timeBeginning:immediately or upon agreementSeize this opportunity to join our teams by sending us your complete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates).
