Role Overview</strong> </p> <p>
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion for K2G’s new AI-powered products for e-commerce businesses.</p> <p>
You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, generating qualified leads, and supporting enterprise sales of our AI data platform.</p> <p>
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, placement and sales, helping K2G scale its presence across international e-commerce markets.</p> <p> <strong>
Key Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li>
Identify new market opportunities for K2G AI solutions within the e-commerce ecosystem </li> <li>
Definition ICP and UCP </li> <li>
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and verticals </li> <li>
Conduct market and competitive analysis </li> <li>
Drive new business development and revenue growth for K2G’s AI-Agents for e-commerce </li> <li>
Sales Kit elaboration together with marketing and sales team </li> <li>
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing </li> <li>
Conduct product presentations and demos for potential customers </li> </ul> <p> <strong>
Expected Results (First 6 Months)</strong> </p> <p> <u>
First 30 Days</u> </p> <ul> <li>
Gain a deep understanding of K2G’s AI platform, products, and value proposition for e-commerce companies </li> <li>
Identify priority target segments and ideal customer profiles (ICP) </li> <li>
Build an initial pipeline of qualified prospects in the e-commerce ecosystem </li> <li>
Conduct first discovery meetings with potential clients </li> </ul> <p> <u>3 Months</u> </p> <ul> <li>
Conduct multiple product demos and discovery meetings with potential clients </li> <li>
Secure the first pilot projects or proof-of-concept engagements </li> <li>
Sales Kit and Sales pipeline applied by Sales team </li> </ul> <p> <u>6 Months</u> </p> <ul> <li>
Close the first commercial deals with e-commerce clients </li> <li>
Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for scaling the product across international markets </li> </ul> <p> <strong>
Requirements</strong> </p> <p> <u>
Experience</u> </p> <ul> <li> 5+ years in <strong>business development / B2B SaaS sales</strong> </li> <li>
Experience in <strong>e-commerce or martech</strong> </li> <li>
Track record of closing enterprise deals </li> <li>
Deep understanding of e-commerce operational workflows, daily routines, and pain points, and translate them into clear business opportunities for K2G solutions. </li> </ul> <p> <u>
Skills</u> </p> <ul> <li>
Strong network in the e-commerce ecosystem (brands, platforms, agencies) </li> <li>
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in business terms </li> <li>
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution </li> <li>
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills </li> <li>
Understanding of <strong>e-commerce metrics (CLV, attribution, pricing optimization)</strong> </li> </ul> <p> <u>
