Description du poste
Position:
If you are seeking a role within a reputable private bank where you can further develop your KYC and client lifecycle expertise within a supportive and professional environment, this could be just the job! Joining a busy and dynamic team, our banking client is seeking a KYC & Client Lifecycle Management Specialist to join its Geneva-based Business Risk team on a fixed-term contract running until December 2027. Working closely with Private Bankers, Compliance and other internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and completeness of client files throughout the client lifecycle. The position will focus primarily on periodic KYC reviews and client lifecycle management activities for standard private banking accounts. This opportunity is ideally suited to a KYC, CLM or Compliance professional with approximately 2-3 years of parcours professionnel who enjoys reviewing client documentation, has a strong eye for detail, and is able to identify potential risks, inconsistencies or red flags requiring further investigation or escalation. Whilst a solid understanding of KYC principles is important, this is not a highly technical AML role and does not involve extensive exposure to high-risk clients, PEPs or complex enhanced due diligence cases. Instead, the emphasis is on conducting high-quality periodic reviews, applying sound judgement, and working effectively with front-office and compliance stakeholders in a fast-paced private banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic KYC reviews for private banking clients in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Review and validate client documentation, ensuring files remain complete, accurate, and up to date.

Identify potential red flags, inconsistencies, or missing information and escalate where appropriate.

Support client lifecycle management activities, including trigger events and account maintenance processes.

Liaise with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information.

Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.

Contribute to maintaining high-quality client records and regulatory standards.

Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the KYC and CLM function.
WhyJoin?

Opportunity to join a respected international banking institution with a strong reputation in wealth management.

Stable fixed-term contract through to the end of 2027, employed directly by the bank, offering an excellent opportunity to further develop your experience within Compliance, Business Risk, KYC and Client Lifecycle Management.

Particularly well suited to candidates whose current contract is coming to an end and who are looking to consolidate and build upon their private banking parcours professionnel within a recognised institution.

Collaborative and supportive team environment with close interaction across the front office, compliance and business risk functions.

Broad exposure to Swiss private banking operations and regulatory processes within an international environment.

A culture where individual contributions are recognised, initiative is encouraged, and teamwork is highly valued.
Profil recherché
Profile:

2 to 5 years of experience in KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, Client Onboarding, or Periodic Reviews within private banking, wealth management, or financial services.

Previous expertise conducting periodic reviews and/or client lifecycle management activities within a Swiss private banking environment is essential.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential compliance concerns, inconsistencies, or red flags, and recognise when escalation is required.

Good understanding of KYC principles, client due diligence requirements, and Swiss private banking processes.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple reviews and deadlines simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment whilst taking ownership of your own workload and responsibilities.
