Capacity Planner
Your Responsibilities
Build, implement, and continuously enhance an end-to-end capacity planning process across multi-tier external suppliers
Ensure full visibility of capacity constraints and availability, identifying bottlenecks and excess capacity, and triggering appropriate mitigation actions
Establish and maintain a strong foundation for S&OP processes, including committed output, scenario planning, and structured decision support
Perform forecast, demand, and scenario analyses to proactively identify risks and opportunities across markets, customers, and business units
Analyze forecast vs. actual deviations, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate ramp-up and ramp-down scenarios in close collaboration with internal functions and external suppliers
Partner with Supply Chain, Category Management, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, flexibility, and alignment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, KPIs, and data quality within demand and capacity planning
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in
Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Capacity/Forecast Planning
Strong understanding of
ERP/MRP systems
in a manufacturing environment
Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in
Excel and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Proven experience working with
external suppliers and cross-functional, international teams
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in complex planning environments
Experience with
advanced analytics, data management, machine learning, or big data (a plus)
Very good English skills; German is an advantage
