Case Specialist

Join our team as a Case Specialist, where your empathy and communication skills will make a real difference in helping clients navigate their health and insurance needs.
What you'll be doing:

Guiding clients through the process of opening and managing insurance claim files via phone, email, or online channels.
*
Assessing client needs and providing accurate information about their coverage, guarantees, and claims process.
*
Collecting and analyzing information related to health insurance claims, ensuring proper documentation and data entry in the database.
*
Supporting clients by answering questions, offering solutions, and providing ongoing assistance throughout the claim management process.
*
Managing internal and external communications--both oral and written--to ensure smooth coordination and follow-up on cases.
*
Handling standard administrative tasks related to claims processing, such as updating records, analyzing dossiers, and ensuring timely payments.
*
Following established procedures to deliver high-quality service, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal standards.

What you'll bring:
*
Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch; knowledge of English and/or German is a plus.
*
Previous experience in the insurance sector or customer service environment.
*
Knowledge of the Belgian social security system and healthcare landscape is advantageous.
*
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with departmental digital tools.
*
Strong listening skills, empathy, and a client-oriented mindset.
*
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
*
An open-minded, proactive, and efficient approach to work
