KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
You develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories throughout their entire strategic lifecycle.
You leverage spend, market, supplier, and demand analytics to identify savings opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive evidence-based procurement decisions
You design, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and business cases to support informed decision-making.
You drive product standardization, portfolio optimization, and data harmonization initiatives to increase efficiency and unlock synergies across the organization
You lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Procurement, Hospitals, Supply Chain Management, and Business Functions to deliver measurable business outcomes
YOURE PROFILE
You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, ideally complemented by professional certifications in Strategic Procurement or Category Management
You bring at least five years of experience in Category Management, ideally within healthcare or another complex and regulated environment.
You possess strong analytical capabilities and proven expertise in spend analytics, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
You successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments, build alignment across diverse interest groups, and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
You work in a structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented manner, have strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills, and combine a commercial mindset with excellent execution, project management capabilities, and strong communication skills in German and English.
