📍 Weggis (LU), direkt am Vierwaldstättersee

📅 Saisonstelle: 1. Juni – 15. Oktober 2026

Für unser HYG Restaurant (14 Gault&Millau Punkte, im Guide Michelin gelistet) sowie unseren Pop-up Food Truck Dock & Ducks suchen wir einen engagierten Chef de Partie (m/w/d) für die Sommersaison 2026.

Du arbeitest in einem kreativen Umfeld auf hohem Niveau und bist gleichzeitig Teil eines dynamischen Pop-up-Konzepts direkt am See.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Führung deines Postens im HYG Restaurant
  • Zubereitung von Gerichten auf hohem Niveau
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung im Food Truck Dock & Ducks
  • Mise en Place, Warenkontrolle und Qualitätssicherung
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küchenchef und Team

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung oder fundierte Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung als Chef de Partie oder ambitionierter Demi Chef
  • Strukturierte, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität (Saisonbetrieb)
  • Leidenschaft für hochwertige Küche & kreative Konzepte
