Unser gutbürgerliches Restaurant sucht eine engagierte und leidenschaftliche Person, um unser Küchenteam ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zu verstärken. Wir haben keine Personalzimmer, deshalb sollten Sie in der näheren Umgebung von Pfäffikon/SZ wohnhaft sein.
Aufgaben:
- Zubereitung und Präsentation von hochwertigen Gerichten in Ihrer Abteilung
- Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitatsstandards
- Kreative Mitarbeit und Menugestaltung und Entwicklung neuer Gerichte
Anforderungen:
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Küche als Chef de Partie mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ
- Gutes Verständnis für kulinarische Trends und Leidenschaft für gutes Essen
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Flexibel und belastbar
