As Chef de Rang – Room Service, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless in-room dining experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, personalised and professional room service to our guests
Taking orders accurately and coordinating efficiently with the kitchen team
Serving food and beverages in guest rooms, including table-side preparation when required
Presenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections
Preparing service mise en place and ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed to the highest standard
Maintaining service equipment and ensuring its proper handling, cleanliness and functionality
Ensuring full compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards throughout all service operations
This is you
A completed education in hospitality, hotel management or gastronomy
Several years of experience in a premium service environment, ideally within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
A professional, discreet and well-groomed appearance
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
Sound knowledge of food service, wine and beverage pairing, and table-side presentation techniques
The ability to remain composed and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in German, English and Italian; additional languages are considered an advantage
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
