You will lead the Marketing function with a strong focus on brand experience und fan engagement. You will drive international visibility, commercial growth, and the overall Tudor Pro Cycling brand experience across all touchpoints. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who can strengthen our brand and create meaningful, high-impact experiences for fans, partners, and the global sports community.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute Tudor Pro Cycling’s global brand and marketing strategy
Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity across all channels
Create impactful campaigns, digital initiatives, and fan engagement programs
Transform our new headquarters into a brand experience destination
Lead sponsorship activations and collaborate closely with commercial partners
Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships, merchandising, and media
Ensure alignment across Performance, Operations, and Leadership teams
Your Profile
Proven marketing leadership experience in sports, lifestyle, or premium brands
Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and storytelling
Track record in team leadership, stakeholder management, and brand growth
Deep understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with strong execution capabilities
Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced international environment
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
